Main Entrée

All meals include baked duchess potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans allemande; the exception being the Stir Fry menu choice

Stuffed Lemon Chicken Breast

Chicken breast with a savoury and fruit stuffing. Topped with a homemade lemon sauce.

Russian Beef Roulagan

Sirloin steak stuffed with mincemeat and dill slices. Topped with beef demi-glaze. A hungry mans dream.

Pan Fried Cod

Fresh Cod filet lightly floured and pan-fried with oil until golden brown. Served with homemade tarter sauce.

Italian Stuffed Pork

Fresh pork loin stuffed with spinach, almonds, and Italian pork minced meat. Served with warm applesauce and toasted almonds.

Oriental Stir Fry

A wonderful mix of fresh vegetables. Seasoned with garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Your choice of chicken, beef or shrimp can be added. Served on a bed of Jasmine rice.

All of the above menu choices include your choice of Appetizer, Dessert and Tea or Coffee.

The Cost is $26.50 plus taxes per person

Homemade French Onion Soup

Slow cooked onion soup topped with homemade croutons and melted mozzarella cheese

Chicken Noodle Soup

Original recipe chicken noodle soup. Made with slow cooked chicken stock, selected chicken pieces and broad noodles.

Garden Salad

Fresh cucumber, tomato, carrot, and red onion. Tossed with Romaine lettuce and served with a choice of salad dressings

Spinach Apple Salad

A mix of baby spinach, romaine lettuce, red onion, fresh apple, golden raisins and

Walnuts. Tossed with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Desserts

Homemade Lemon Meringue Pie

Just like grandma used to make; with real lemons and fluffy meringue. Yummy.

Ice Cream Parfait

Your choice of Newfoundland Blue Berries or Partridge Berries. Topped with berry sauce.

Carrot Cake

Freshly baked homemade carrot cake with cream cheese icing

Steamed Newfoundland Rum Pudding

An old fashion Newfoundland pudding made with raisins and rum that is sure to make you mouth water and your mind reminisce.
